All financial transactions are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your credit card or bank information. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment account used.

3. Delivery & Revisions

All services are delivered electronically via email or your user dashboard. Clients are entitled to request free revisions within 7 days of delivery if the final product does not align with the initial instructions provided.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Our refund and cancellation rules are as follows:

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of payment, provided that the work has not yet been assigned to a specialist.
Full Refund: Granted if we fail to deliver the service, or in cases of accidental duplicate payments.
Partial Refund: May be issued if the service is delivered after the agreed deadline or partially meets requirements.
No Refund: Requests made after 7 days of delivery, or for subjective reasons like academic grades received.

5. Limitation of Liability

homework4y.com shall not be liable for any academic penalties or loss of grades. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service purchased.
