Feedback Comment: The writer promised plagiarism free work, done on time. I received work with a 34% plagiarism match, turned in a day AFTER the due date. I released the payment anyway--because I wouldn't have time to wait for a re-write, since the original work was turned in late. I couldn't complain about it because the site's customer service is non-existent. They will promise to return your funds in 7-14 days but you'll have to start a dispute on PayPal to see anything done.
