Feedback Comment: Did not follow instructions for assignment that were given and I had to redo the assignment on my own so I wouldnt get a late grade. This has happened on more than one occasion and caused disturbances in my assignment submission and caused me to get points deducted due to lack of paying attention to detail and following instructions. Though I was given an updated document it was too late and could have been easily prevented by following instructions given the first time.

Total payment made for this project was: $ 10.00
Project Summary: Create a learning plan with the needed fields (needed fields are in document "learning plan required sections"). I am doing my practicum with HearMe and have also attached the different things that can be used for each section provided by them. I have also attached examples of past students who have completed learning plans so you have an idea of the structure and set up it should be in.
