DJShad Feedback Comment: While the tutor did complete my assignment, I am disappointed that s/he didn't do the GIS data part regarding to the ArcMap due to not being able to handle the instruction accurately with it being the main focus for this assignment, but due to my knowledge in ArcGIS, I can handle that part and take care of it from here. Overall, I would give this person a 5 out of 10 rating.
