Feedback Comment: I got a 66% on an Excel project after he mentioned he is an expert in excel. After I paid him $60 I asked him to reimburse at least a half. He didn't answer to my emails, at least to find an excuse. My advice...DON'T RELEASE THE PAYMENT UNTIL YOU CHECK THE HOMEWORK IN CASE YOU ARE USING HIM.
